We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced kitchen professional to join our team in a key support role.
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences that meet the highest standards of food quality, safety and presentation.

This is a full-time salaried position within our hospitality group.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar kitchen role is required.
* You must have a passion for fresh, high-quality food and excellent teamwork skills.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and across a 7-day roster is essential.
* Valid working rights in Australia are mandatory.
