Job Title
We are seeking a skilled SAP Basis professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering, configuring, and optimizing SAP systems to ensure their performance, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations. Provide technical expertise to meet business needs and solve complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Use SAP Basis, HANA for sizing, architecture design, environment setup, performance tuning, SAP application upgrades, HANA upgrades, and disaster recovery setups.
* Deliver detailed technical design specifications for changes and enhancements.
* Complete SAP upgrades on SAP S/4 HANA, PI, and BI technologies.
* Maintain multi-landscape environments through client copies, system refreshes, and transport management using Solman.
* Develop and implement proper security measures for SAP S/4 landscapes.
* Tune SAP applications for optimal performance across functional support areas.
* Evaluate enterprise-wide SAP application systems and develop analysis reports and recommendations.
* Conduct performance monitoring, tuning, and systems configuration using SAP best practices.
* Conduct disaster recovery and patching support.
* Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams to support SAP implementations and integrations.
Requirements
* 6+ years of experience in SAP BASIS.
* Working experience with S/4HANA & SAP FIORI integration.
* Cloud experience – installations and migrations to cloud, strong knowledge of VM provisioning in AWS or any other cloud vendors.
* Experience in design, configuration, and testing of core SAP S/4HANA.
* Strong exposure towards any cloud, preferably on AWS cloud.
* Design, configuration, and testing of SAP BI and HANA native technologies.
* Strong knowledge of setup and operation knowledge on Solution Manager features like ChaRM, Technical Monitoring, etc.
* SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Administration (SAP HANA) or equivalent.
* Familiarity with SAP integration technologies, e.g., RFC, EDI, or middleware.
