Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with our centre's philosophy and national standards.
2. Establish safe, engaging, and inclusive learning spaces that cater to diverse needs.
3. Guide children's behaviour using positive reinforcement strategies.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication.
5. Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
6. Monitor and document children's progress, identifying areas for support and celebration of successes.
7. Ensure the physical environment is clean, hygienic, and safe, adhering to regulatory requirements.
8. Embrace innovation and reflective practices to enhance early childhood education.
Essential Requirements
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying).
* Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
* Experience in Early Childhood Education or OSHC.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
