Jim Kidd Sports is currently searching for Assistant Managers to join stores located in Perth's Northern and Eastern Suburbs. The ideal candidates must have experience in the retail industry and a passion for customer service. You'll play a critical role in our company, assisting in leading a team of dedicated staff in conjunction with the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional experience for customers, coach and lead staff by example to provide the same.
* Assisting in preparing weekly store sales reports, highlighting best selling departments and presenting this to key management.
* Ensuring the store is neatly presented at all times and have the ability to adapt the layout as needed.
* Assisting in the management of staff rosters to meet operational and cost efficiencies in line with company weekly budgets and policy.
* Performing stocktakes and ensuring that stock levels for current and future advertisements are well maintained.

Qualifications
* 2-3 years retail management / assistant management experience.
* Strong leadership & communication skills.
* You must be an Australian citizen and / or hold a Permanent Residency (PR) to be able to be considered for this opportunity.
