The Opportunity:
Our client's property is a hidden gem in Regional Victoria, offering laid-back luxury and becoming one of the area's most talked-about destinations.
It features breathtaking scenery, restaurants and bars for foodies and wine enthusiasts, and a cellar door showcasing the region's wine history.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will understand that quality service can be delivered in various ways—from casual experiences for day-trippers to luxurious escapes for diverse crowds.
You will lead a medium-sized front-of-house team across restaurant and bar services, playing a key front-of-house management role daily.
Candidate Profile:
At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager in hotels, restaurants, wineries, or similar settings
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
A hospitality leader passionate about frontline service
WSET accreditation is a plus but not required
