About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure seamless scheduling, client communication, and job progress management to support field operations.

Reporting to the General Manager, key responsibilities include:

* Schedule and coordinate daily work orders using ServiceM8
* Support operations with calendar and task coordination to improve efficiency
* Assist with resolving customer issues and coordinating supply or staffing delays
* Manage jobs from acceptance to invoicing, ensuring data accuracy and updates
* Provide administrative support including reporting, quoting and email management
* Communicate effectively with clients and field staff about job progress and changes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Year 12 certificate and a current driver's licence
* Solid organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
* Experience with Microsoft Office; ServiceM8 knowledge highly regarded
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar office coordination or admin role
* Proactive and solutions-focused with a professional, team-oriented attitude
* Strong background in customer service with excellent phone and email communication
