Dynamic IT Infrastructure Expertise
We are seeking a skilled IT System Administrator to join our team and contribute to the success of our Apple-based IT environment. This role involves administering SaaS solutions, ensuring device and data security, supporting users, and collaborating with the IT team to drive strategic initiatives and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a helpdesk escalation point and provide technical support to staff members.
* Administer and manage JAMF Pro/Protect/Connect systems, including software distribution, policy configuration, and device deployment.
* Respond to system incidents and security breaches to minimize downtime and protect assets.
* Collaborate with the IT team to support infrastructure projects and policy development.
* Configure and implement infrastructure solutions within project teams.
* Design and deliver IT training sessions and develop reference materials via the LMS platform.
Requirements:
* Passionate and technically capable IT professional with experience in administering SaaS solutions and managing device and data security.
* Strong knowledge of JAMF Pro/Protect/Connect systems and ability to administer and manage software distribution, policy configuration, and device deployment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to respond to system incidents and security breaches effectively.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with the IT team to drive strategic initiatives and infrastructure projects.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to design and deliver IT training sessions and develop reference materials.
