Overview
The Guest Relations Manager is the senior front-of-house leader for Powerhouse Parramatta, responsible for arrival, accommodation and departure operations across the precinct.
Operating as the Front Office Manager, the role oversees check-in and check-out, room readiness, accommodation quality and day-to-day guest-facing operations for both the Residences and the Lang Walker Academy.
The role leads the Guest Relations, Reservations and Duty Manager teams within a 24/7 environment, ensuring safe, consistent and well-controlled front-of-house operations.
A strong on-site leadership presence across weekdays, weekends and evenings is essential to maintain service standards, resolve issues and support operational continuity.
