Clinical Support Officer
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver timely administrative support to clinical teams.
* Work independently with minimal supervision, using initiative when needed.
* Liaise with staff to retrieve care-related information.
* Maintain supplies and assist in stock management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Effective interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
* High level computer skills, including Microsoft and Windows applications, email systems, and patient information systems like iPMS and Cerner.
* Excellent time management and organization skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative.
