You will be part of the team modernising Canberra’s main wastewater treatment facility. On site at Lower Molonglo, you will help shape how quality is built into the project from day one, supporting delivery teams, guiding subcontractors and making sure the upgrade is handed over right the first time.
About the role:
* Implement and maintain the project Quality Management System
* Develop and manage ITPs, inspections and quality documentation
* Monitor subcontractor and supplier compliance to quality requirements
* Track non-conformances, analyse trends and recommend improvements
* Support audits, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and experience required:
* Experience in quality assurance within civil or infrastructure projects
* Working knowledge of client specifications and industry standards
* Strong documentation, reporting and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with project and site teams
* Intermediate Microsoft skills and a current driver’s licence

Seymour Whyte, together with Vinci Grande Projects and Beca, have been chosen by ICON Water to deliver the Design and Construct upgrade of the Lower Molonglo Water Quality Control Centre - the ACT’s main wastewater treatment facility and the largest of its kind in inland Australia. This four-year project will modernise the plant’s waste handling systems, support future growth, and prepare for potential changes to air emission standards. Located near central Canberra, the upgrade will strengthen and future-proof critical infrastructure for the region.
