Key Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth, maintaining profitability, and increasing customer share in the Australia and Indonesia markets.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Developing and executing a business plan tailored to the local market, aligned with the global strategy;
* Leading, coaching, and managing sales teams according to company people management principles;
* Appointing, developing, and managing distribution networks in line with Distribution policy;
* Maximizing utilization of product management, marketing communication, and customer support to contribute to business objectives;
* Maintaining good relationships with Division Management, Product Marketing, and Asia Centre Of Excellence;
* Ensuring continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and maintaining relationships with key customers within the region;
To Succeed, You Will Need:
* Five years of sales and/or sales management experience with industrial products or similar;
* A thorough understanding of organizational finance;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as computer literacy with standard office systems;
* Fluency in English and strong leadership skills, with experience leading a team is essential;
* Strong conflict resolution skills, ability to cooperate and communicate efficiently with colleagues and partners at all levels.
