We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to fill this key role.
Job Responsibilities:
* Providing accurate and efficient support to customers in identifying and sourcing correct truck or trailer parts
* Utilizing catalogues and systems to identify and supply parts
* Preparing quotes and processing sales orders in an efficient manner
* Following up on deliveries and keeping customers informed of their status
* Collaborating with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure timely part availability
* Encouraging the use of online ordering tools and current promotions
* Supporting stock control, conducting regular stocktakes, and maintaining branch organization
* Fulfilling all safety protocols and meeting chain of responsibility (COR) requirements
Requirements:
* Experience working in a similar capacity, preferably within the truck, trailer, or automotive sectors
* A solid understanding of vehicle components and cataloguing systems
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Good computer skills and experience using inventory management systems
* A customer-focused attitude and proactive team mindset
* Excellent attention to detail and willingness to continuously learn
