- Sydney or Melbourne based location
- $127,641 - $149,295 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuation
- 24-month Fixed Term Contract position

The team
Digital, Data and Technology – Digital drives excellence in regulatory operations by supporting core business systems and processes. The team develops and maintains ASIC's key platforms, including the CRM, Regulatory Portal, Search, and associated data and document repositories.
The role
This role is to provide product owner services focusing on ASIC's case management system (ASIC CRM) and Regulatory Workflows for a major program of work.
Your Responsibilities
- Stewardship and advocacy for ASIC CRM and regulatory workflows
- Partnering with project teams to build and maintain product backlogs of business and functional requirements
- Elaborating requirements and designing solutions with project teams
- Upholding design principles through approved changes and enhancements
- Collaborating with Product Managers and SMEs to understand ASIC business processes and needs
- Defining acceptance criteria for enterprise platform solutions with project teams
- Coordinating and supporting UAT/PVT testing with business representatives
- Managing enhancements and technical changes to meet business requirements
About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business requirements analysis
- Knowledge of enterprise technologies (Dynamics 365, SharePoint, CorePack, Episerver, iApply, OutSystems, Boomi)
- Understanding of ASIC's role and processes (or ability to quickly acquire)
- Experience in case workflow and internal application development/maintenance
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in complex, technical, and regulated environments
- Skilled in engaging business users and identifying process improvements
- Ability to analyse requirements, resolve issues, and document solutions
- Proven track record of building productive stakeholder relationships
