IT Change and Release Manager
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team in the Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area.
As an IT Change & Release Manager, you will be responsible for managing the IT Change and Release lifecycle. This includes prioritization, scheduling, authorization, coordinating, communicating, and managing releases end-to-end across multiple applications. Releases may involve application updates, operating system patches, security improvements, hardware upgrades, and projects.
You will lead and guide the Change and Release team, driving processes and services to manage production releases. You'll identify and promote capability growth opportunities, ensuring governance and high-quality release packages in collaboration with delivery teams. You'll also maintain a wide perspective on the IT Release schedule and operate within a defined framework.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis. A merit pool may be formed and used to fill future similar vacancies.
