The Company
This company has over 30 years experience in the fitout & refurb sector, and has earned their reputation as one of the most renowned companies in the sector, winning multiple awards through Master Builders Association of NSW, 8 years in a row. They service office space, pubs & clubs, entertainment venues and restaraunts for quality clients throughout the Sydney metro area.
They are extremely organised and pride themselves for their commitment to their people.
All site staff have a laptop and mobile phone supplied to them or reimbursed, and full training on the commercial systems use. They are also provided with a fully maintained company vehicle and all safety equipment and uniforms.

What will you learn?
As a junior Foreman you will work with a site manager and learn how to manage projects from start to finish. You will learn;
* Managing subcontractors through leadership
* WHS - inductions, SWMS, toolbox talks, safety walks
* Programming - planning out your days / weeks / months
* Quality Control
* Organising Site - set out, deliveries, permits, client meetings, etc...
Full training will be provided and you learn at your own speed. In time you will progress to a foreman role and run smaller jobs by yourself.
What you need to apply
* Carpentry trade
* A strong and developed work history
* Diverse experience in the construction industry
* Cert 4 in or Diploma in Building will be highly regarded
