The Role
Lead on-site operations from safety and inductions through to handover
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and programs to keep projects running smoothly
Drive quality and accountability with subcontractors
Keep programs on track
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
The Criteria
3+ years' experience as a Site Manager on residential projects (apartments, townhouses)
Trade background preferred
Confident managing subcontractors and trades
Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards
Proactive, detail-driven, and committed to delivering projects defect-free and on time
