§ Debug and fix issues in custom programs, enhancements, and user exits.
§ Experience in SAP IS-U modules (Billing, FICA, Device Management).
§ Work on Print Workbench, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms for invoicing and correspondence.
§ Collaborate with Billing, FICA, Device Management consultants
§ Experience in integration with internal and external systems.
§ Prepare technical specifications, test scripts, and deployment documents.
