As we expand both locally and globally, we're looking for a motivated, organised and experienced B2B Call Centre Concierge Executive to join our B2B Trade Sales team.
This role will focus on servicing both inbound sales and service enquiries from travel agents and making outbound calls to travel agents with updated holiday details and pro-actively upsell, ensuring a seamless experience for our B2B partners.

What You'll Be Doing:
Inbound Sales Support: Service incoming enquiries from travel agents regarding holiday extensions, add-on's and upgrading holiday elements.
Outbound Sales Support: Conduct calls to travel agents to give relevant information on their booking, and to pro-actively upsell where possible.
Administration: Accurately record and book agreed additional/amended holiday elements.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, providing them with the support they need to succeed in selling our offerings.
Sales Assistance: Assist travel agents in the booking process, utilising product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell additional services and packages.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and bookings in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Call Centre Manager and team members to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and sales initiatives.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from travel agents regarding their experiences and relay insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
What You'll Need to Have:
Must have at least 1 year's travel agent experience.
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Proficient in using a CRM software and other relevant technology.
High-level of data entry accuracy.
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
