The ideal candidate will have expertise in flexible learning techniques, possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent, hold a Certificate III or higher in Conservation and Ecosystem Management or a relevant qualification, and demonstrate well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
