Responsibilities
* Undertake pre and post contract client‐facing duties for Real Estate and Infrastructure projects, typically both in Turner & Townsend offices and client offices.
* Plan and measure MEP cost, quantify, cost report, procurement, contract and commercial management.
* Manage commission, tender analysis, measuring, quantifying and commercial management, procurement and contract advisory, commercial reporting, variation assessment and team training.
Qualifications
* RICS, AIQS or equivalent with a Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or MEP Engineering degree.
