Responsibilities
:
1. Uphold and contribute to Tyro's strong risk culture byplying with our policies,pleting mandatory training and identifying and managing risks within your day-to-day work
2. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and scorecard metrics, demonstrating consistent and sustained performance
3. Generate and qualify new business for Tyro developing a sales funnel through outbound calls
4. Foster strong relationships with our merchants by onboarding customers to the Tyro solution ensuring high Customer Satisfaction
5. Clearly articulate Tyros products and pricing to merchants and differentiatepetitor offerings
6. Collaborate,municate, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customers have an excellent onboarding experience
7. Proactively seek to expand knowledge on Tyro's products and services to stay up to date with any changes within the Banking industry maintaining Tyros strong risk culture
8. Understand Tyro systems and process through a high level of attention to detail
9. Maintain personal brand
10. Display apetent level of business acumen
11. Actively contribute to Tyro team culture
Skills & Experience:
12. A passion for sales with a willingness to learn and a great attitude to work
13. High level of attention to detail through verbal and writtenmunication skills
14. Exceptional customer service skills
15. Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
16. Experience in retail and hospitality would be an advantage
