* Lead effective visual merchandising of sportswear, footwear, and hard goods products.
* Lead full store operations experience with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
* Use KPI analytics to drive the business forward with informed decision-making.
* Create strategy for business growth and team development.
* Consistently deliver sales targets through strategic scheduling and coaching of your team.
What We're Looking For
* 3–5 years of experience in retail leadership.
* A passion for tennis or sports brands is beneficial.
* Proven success in developing leaders and seizing opportunities to advance their goals.
* Ability to set clear vision, align the team around goals, and foster commitment.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
* Outstanding communication skills.
