Job Description
The Application Tools Team plays a pivotal role in maintaining and configuring tools for software deployment and operating system deployment using Microsoft Configuration Manager and Adaptive.
* Our team is responsible for assessing and integrating new hardware into Microsoft Configuration Manager for OSD.
* Assistance with advanced packaging issues and mentorship of junior packagers are key aspects of this role.
* Maintenance of management tools and servers, ensuring they are up-to-date, is also crucial.
* Collaboration on build issues, identifying testing and implementing improvements to the build process is another essential task.
Key Responsibilities:
* Experience with ITIL processes and standards is highly desirable.
* In-depth knowledge of PowerShell and SQL is necessary for success in this role.
* Familiarity with Intune and Office 365, including some experience or knowledge, is an asset.
