$1.5M–$6M builds | Boutique Class 1 Builder Gough Recruitment is partnering with a respected, design‑driven residential builder based in Sydney. The business delivers bespoke, architect‑led homes and has built a strong reputation for quality, communication and a highly organised approach to project delivery. With a healthy pipeline of work and multiple live sites at various stages, they’re now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team. The Role You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of residential projects—typically 10 running simultaneously—managing them from project setup through to handover. This is a hands‑on role that suits someone who enjoys communicating with clients, working closely with site teams and keeping projects moving with structure and clarity. Main Responsibilities Managing the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple Class 1 residential builds. Preparing scopes, budgets, BOQs and construction programs. Overseeing procurement and subcontractor engagement. Monitoring progress, cost control and forecasting through Procore. Coordinating inspections, quality checks and compliance requirements. Identifying risks and keeping on top of variations, delays and EOTs. Acting as the key point of contact for clients, consultants and trades. Leading and supporting site teams and contract administrators. About You 3 years’ experience managing high‑end residential projects. Strong understanding of residential construction, codes and legislation. Confident with Procore (or similar project management software). Excellent communication skills and a calm, solutions‑focused approach. Ability to juggle multiple projects without compromising quality. White Card and valid driver’s licence.
