About the Role
First4Care has an established, supportive network of Independent Support Workers who value flexibility and a collaborative culture. If you're looking for true independence with the backing of a strong, quality driven organisation, this contractor model is the ideal fit.
About the Arrangement
As an independent contractor with First4Care, you'll deliver high-quality supports under our banner while maintaining full control over your schedule, availability, and work preferences.
You will:
* Support participants with daily living, routines, community access and goals
* Deliver safe, person-centered supports
* Complete shift notes and documentation to required standards
* Uphold professional boundaries and NDIS Practice Standards
Engage with a responsive leadership team committed to continuous improvement
* Contribute to a safe, quality-driven environment with strong risk awareness
* Follow comprehensive policies, procedures, and quality systems that underpin safe and compliant practice
Advantages:
* Contractors receive a generous percentage of the NDIS price limits applicable to the supports they deliver.
* You maintain full independence over who else you work with, provided it does not create a conflict of interest or impact commitments to First4Care participants.
* At First4Care, choice goes both ways, participants choose their worker, and contractors also choose the participants they work with. First4Care believe great support comes from the right match on both sides.
* No lock-in contract, enjoy true independence and flexibility
