What You Will Need to Succeed
- Demonstrated experience in your chosen civil construction field (especially the asphalt / sealing skillsets listed above).
- Current Drivers Licence and reliable transport (MR Licence highly desirable)
- Work safety in the Construction Industry (White Card)
- A strong sense of teamwork and absolute commitment to site safety procedures.
- Reliable nature, pride in your workmanship, and willingness to be a versatile 'all-rounder.'
- Ability to successfully undertake a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
