Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the execution of maintenance and brownfield projects based in Portland, Victoria.

This role is responsible for day-to-day leadership of site-based SMP works in a live operating environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading multidiscipline execution teams across SMP scopes.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Relevant Mechanical Trade Background or Tertiary Qualification:

* Relevant mechanical trade background or tertiary qualification in mechanical, structural or construction management.

Leadership Experience:

* Minimum 10 years' experience in heavy industrial maintenance and project delivery, with at least 5 years in superintendent or site leadership role.

Demonstrated Leadership Skills:

* Demonstrated experience leading multidiscipline execution teams across SMP scopes.

Brownfield Industrial Experience:

* Strong background in brownfield industrial environments, ideally in aluminum smelting, metal refining, or similar process industries.

Regulatory Framework Knowledge:

* Knowledge of relevant regulatory framework and legislation.
