Your job is to start conversations, spot opportunities and help turn them into clients.
You will work across both sides of the business. Selling? Great. Leasing property management? Also great. You bring the opportunity, the team helps you win it and you get paid.
You will work directly with Kristian, Jake and the rest of the team, learning how listings are actually won.
Your days might look like this
* On the phone introducing yourself to local property owners
* Following up conversations that started weeks ago
* Meeting people who are thinking about selling or renting
* Spotting opportunities and pulling Kristian or Jake in to turn them into a listing
* Wondering how a 5-minute call turned into a signed agreement
