HR Manager
A seasoned Human Resources professional is required to drive the development and implementation of comprehensive human resources frameworks, policies, procedures and programs across various functions. Reporting to a senior leader, the successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to identify, develop and implement solutions across human resources disciplines including workforce planning, performance management, industrial relations and training.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive generalist HR experience at the management level or as a business partner, with in-depth knowledge of national employment standards and relevant legislation. They will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and influence a range of stakeholders effectively.
