Managed Property Solutions is seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaner to join our growing team servicing the Adelaide Hills and metropolitan Adelaide region. This is a casual position offering flexible work arrangements for the right candidate, with the opportunity to grow into a permanent part-time or full-time role as the business continues to expand.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across a range of residential and commercial properties. This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working across different environments and projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake a range of cleaning services across residential and commercial properties
* Complete end-of-lease cleans, post-construction detailing, regular scheduled cleans, and general property presentation works
* Maintain a consistently high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
* Ensure cleaning products, consumables, and equipment are used safely and maintained appropriately
* Monitor stock levels and communicate restocking requirements to management
* Follow company procedures, site requirements, and workplace health and safety practices
* Represent the business professionally when interacting with clients and tenants
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a similar cleaning or property services role will be highly regarded
* Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality outcomes
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and within a team
* Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A current South Australian driver's licence and own reliable transport is essential
* National Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Ability to undertake physically active work
