As our Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the store - ensuring operations run smoothly, sales soar, and every customer feels like they've stepped into a world of beauty, confidence, and joy.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Leading daily store operations and inspiring your team to exceed KPIs.
* Delivering a premium customer experience with a service-first mindset.
* Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team in product knowledge and client care.
* Managing recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and development plans.
* Planning rosters and overseeing payroll/timesheet accuracy.
* Driving merchandising and visual standards that reflect our brand.
* Managing inventory levels, analysing sales trends, and planning promotions.
* Liaising with shopping centre management and external suppliers.
* Acting as a brand ambassador on the floor, engaging customers and energising your team.
