About the role
Sadaqa is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales driven individual to join the Sales team. This full-time contract role will aim to accelerate donation by strengthening relationship with community stakeholders and promoting awareness of our programs and initiatives.
The role is full-time based out of Melbourne office in Coburg.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement new business strategies to engage with various community stakeholders, including individuals, groups, businesses, and local organisations.
* Collaborate and strengthen existing relationships with network community groups to nurture community events, workshops, and meetings to promote awareness of our programs and initiatives.
* Build and maintain relationships with key individuals, community leaders, and partners to amplify our brand and reach.
* Conduct outreach efforts to recruit volunteers, donors, and supporters for our programs and events.
* Represent Sadaqa Welfare Fund at community events, conferences, and meetings to promote our organisation and build strategic partnerships.
* Coordinate support to volunteers and community members participating in our programs and events.
About you
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for Sales outreach to foster meaningful connections with organisations and businesses.
* At least 5 years' experience in Sales, Business Development or an Account Management role.
* Strong presentation skills and the ability to make outbound calls, build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.
* Must be able to travel interstate for Meetings, Conferences and Events.
* Must have driving license and own vehicle.
