About This Role
This role oversees the provision of strategic and commercial legal advice across various brands, leading a team in providing expert guidance on IP, Consumer Law, Employee Relations, Commercial and Corporate.
* Delivering strategic and commercial legal guidance, policy direction, and risk management solutions.
* Collaborating with senior leaders to address legal disputes, litigation, regulatory compliance, major transactions, and trademark portfolio.
* Proactively identifying and escalating legal and compliance risks, and developing effective solutions.
* Developing and implementing comprehensive legal training programs as part of an annual education initiative.
