The Service Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our job management system (ServiceM8) and ensuring seamless coordination across the business. This hybrid role combines operational planning, technical support, project coordination, and leadership on-site. The ideal candidate will balance productivity, staff development, customer satisfaction, and budget alignment while acting as the right hand to the Operations Manager.
