We're looking for a driven Sales Representative who can speak the language of builders and site managers, spot new opportunities, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships.
The Role
You'll be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of construction clients by:
* Developing strong relationships with builders, project managers and contractors
* Identifying new business opportunities across commercial and infrastructure projects
* Presenting tailored labour hire solutions based on real site needs
* Managing tenders, RFIs and submissions (government & private portals)
* Negotiating contracts and securing long-term agreements
* Working closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met
* Tracking activity and performance through CRM (Pipedrive) and KPI reporting
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
* Previous experience in construction, labour hire or construction sales
* A strong understanding of how construction sites operate
* Confidence speaking with site supervisors, builders and decision-makers
* A natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships
* Solid negotiation and communication skills
* Drive, resilience and a hunger to win new business
* Experience with tenders, contracts or quoting (highly regarded)
