Job Overview
The Compliance Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving compliance, safety, and quality across Justice Services operations in the Northern Territory.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Drive and monitor compliance against Service Levels (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and policies and procedures, including the Quality Management System (ISO9001).
* Audit and Assurance: Plan and conduct regular quality assurance and process audits to identify areas of non-conformance and opportunities for improvement.
* Manage the contract's risk register and non-conformance database, tracking issues and corrective actions.
* Operational Support: Maintain and update site operational instructions and procedures in consultation with key stakeholders.
* Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular, accurate reports on contractual performance, compliance status, and training metrics for the leadership team.
This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
