- Identifying and correcting errors in information as necessary.
- Addressing client and internal employee inquiries.
- Processing purchase orders using the company's system.
- Reconciling supplier invoices.
- Generating invoices as needed.
- Management of the back order report and estimation/tracking of ETAs.
- Managing client invoices.
- Handling aged receivables and debt collections.
