Experience
* 5-10 years experience holding senior Sales and Business Development roles of technical products and solutions within the renewable energy sector.
* BESS experience is advantageous.
* Strong background in complex project sales with utilities, IPPs, developers, and financial institutions.
* Technical background and understanding across engineering frameworks.
* Exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, evolving market.
