About the Role
We\'re seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver & Pick Packer to join a leading manufacturing and distribution facility in Kilsyth. This is a long‐term, ongoing role offering stability, consistent hours, and guaranteed pay progression.
You\'ll be part of a high‐performing warehouse team where accuracy, safety, and independence are valued. If you enjoy hands‐on work and can operate confidently with limited supervision, this role will suit you well.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately pick orders based on daily warehouse requirements
* Pack products securely to ensure safe and damage‐free transport
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
* Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
* Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment
* Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and move stock throughout the warehouse
* Support general warehouse operations as required
Skills & Experience
* Valid LF Forklift Licence
* Experience in picking, packing, and forklift operations
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with strong attention to detail
* Physically fit with the ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
* Quick learner with strong problem‐solving skills
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
