Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager and working closely with estimators, project teams, and directors, you'll coordinate documentation, support business development efforts, and ensure every submission aligns with brand, quality, and compliance expectations.Duties.Prepare and coordinate compelling tender and EOI submissionsWork closely with internal stakeholders to gather key project informationMaintain and update CVs, project profiles, and company capability statementsTrack upcoming tenders and submission deadlinesFormat, proofread and ensure brand consistency across all documentsAssist with marketing collateral and business development tasks as neededSkills & Experience.Previous experience in a bid, marketing, or admin role within construction, design or propertyStrong attention to detail and written communicationAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign (or willingness to learn)Organised, deadline-driven and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesA team-first mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approachCulture.This company is known not only for its quality work, but the genuine relationships they build, with clients, subcontractors, and their team.
