We specialise in placing contractors who deliver real outcomes in complex, fast-moving environments About the role A federal government agency is seeking two experienced Systems Trainers to join an embedded Change Management team supporting a strategically significant ICT transformation program. Reporting to the Training Manager, you will develop and deliver tailored training to drive system adoption across a diverse workforce. Initial contract to December 2026, with one 6-month extension option. Duties Design and deliver fit-for-purpose training materials (guides, videos, e-learning modules) for diverse audiences Facilitate training sessions virtually and in-person, aligned to program schedules Collaborate with change and business teams to assess needs and support adoption activities Coordinate training schedules and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Report on training delivery, uptake and outcomes, validating results with stakeholders Skills and experience Proven end-to-end training cycle experience: needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation Experience supporting training on large-scale ICT or digital transformation programs Strong stakeholder engagement and written communication skills Familiarity with Agile delivery and change management frameworks Active Baseline security clearance required prior to commencement Culture You will work within a collaborative, high-performing Change Management team where training is treated as a strategic capability.
