About The Client:

The Position:
This 6-month contract involves supporting key documentation and regulatory reporting requirements within a large department. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure information is accurate, consistent, and aligned with compliance expectations. The role is based in West Perth and requires an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business documentation including process maps, workflows, and requirements.
- Prepare regulatory and compliance reports in line with government expectations.
- Work with stakeholders to gather information, clarify processes, and ensure alignment.
- Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and provide clear recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within government or a regulated workplace.
- Strong documentation and process-mapping skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at various levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks and deliver within required timeframes.
