About the role
The Aboriginal Traineeship Administrative Support Officer assists in the day-to-day running of traineeship programs, including Aboriginal and Non-Indigenous School Based Apprentices/Trainees (SBATs), and Aboriginal and Nonindigenous adult traineeships.
You will support planning, implementation, and the organisation of daily activities to promote the smooth operation of the program including, tasks such as travel and event arrangements, participation at local school career days, and development and delivery of presentations.
You will also provide ongoing support throughout the trainee's employment journey, including liaising with relevant agencies to ensure that both programs and trainees are meeting the training and employment requirements.
