What we’re looking for
* An ability to develop and implement education programs and assessment
* Communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with staff at all levels
* Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles
* Knowledge and application of, or the ability to acquire knowledge of, curriculum and prevocational accreditation standards for medical education programs
* Problem solving and organisational skills, with the ability to work as part of a team with direct supervision in meeting deadlines
Mandatory Requirements
* Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
* Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in a Health-related discipline or Adult Education, or a Professional clinical qualification with other formal qualifications in education and/or clinical teaching.
