About the Role:
The positions available include Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties, Cooks, and Kitchenhands. Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification and previous experience working in a remote area is advantageous. Familiarity with food safety practices and holding a Food Safety Supervisor certificate is desirable.
