About the Role
We're seeking an energetic Clinical Sales Specialist to lead our compression therapy business across hospitals, allied health, and government sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team where you'll combine your clinical understanding with your commercial drive to make a real difference for patients.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the business plan for Thuasne's compression range outside pharmacy.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, wound‑care and lymphoedema specialists, and procurement officers.
* Identify new business opportunities, manage tender submissions, and drive account growth.
* Deliver clinical education sessions and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reports.
* Collaborate closely with marketing and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product availability.
About You
* Degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or similar healthcare field.
* Experience in medical devices, compression, or wound care sales.
* Strong commercial acumen and proactive sales attitude.
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Comfortable travelling interstate and meeting customers regularly.
* Self‑starter who thrives in a small, collaborative team environment.
