About the Role – HR, Safety & Fleet Manager
This role is critical to the stability and scalability of NIXON.
You'll own the day-to-day management of HR processes, workplace safety systems, and fleet operations, ensuring our teams are supported, compliant, and equipped to perform at their best.
You'll bring structure where it's needed, improve systems as we grow, and act as a trusted support to leaders and staff across the business.
Your Responsibilities
Manage daily HR operations including onboarding, documentation, compliance, and employee support
Own workplace health and safety systems, reporting, audits, and continuous improvement
Oversee fleet management including vehicles, servicing, compliance, and coordination
Support leaders with people, safety, and performance processes
Maintain clean systems, records, and policies aligned with NIXON standards
Proactively identify risks and implement practical, scalable solutions
What You'll Bring
Experience in HR, safety, compliance, or fleet management
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, safety, compliance, or operations management
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence working across multiple responsibilities and departments
Clear communication and the ability to influence and support leaders
A calm, solutions-focused mindset
Alignment with NIXON's values of accountability, clarity, and growth
Australian work rights are required for this position
