Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled financial leader to oversee the accounting and financial reporting functions for the Pacific region.
* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including finance and business leaders, external auditors, and senior leadership.
* Provide proactive leadership and management for the Pacific Controllership team, focusing on staff development and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of internal financial controls and compliance, ensuring final approval of P&L and balance sheet production.
* Coordination of year-end statutory financials, audit, and tax financial requirements.
Requirements
* Minimum 15 years' progressive financial controller experience, including leadership roles.
* Undergraduate qualifications and appropriate accounting qualifications (CA or CPA) are required.
* Progressive financial management and controllership experience in an international corporation.
