You will deliver a full range of high-quality HR services including:
* Supporting Offshore Management with all aspects of Human Resources and Employee Relations Management
* Employee relations issue resolution
* Consultation and advice on areas such performance management and standards and conditions of employment
* Review and update of policy and procedures
* Promote a strong service culture to the Operations Division
* Offshore resourcing requirements
* Salary and benefits administration
* Disputes and grievance handling
* Support the business with roll-out of employee-based initiatives
