About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the operations of this successful store in Caloundra. In this position, you will oversee a team of up to 5 employees and ensure compliance with company standards in merchandising, customer service, KPIs, and personnel management. This role involves training and developing the team to deliver outstanding customer service, ultimately achieving KPIs and meeting budget targets. This role is suited for a hands-on leader who loves to lead from the front to ensure their team's success.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous high-volume fashion management experience is essential
- Strong understanding of Visual Merchandising, including following planograms and free range
- Hands-on leadership with excellent communication skill set, both written and verbal
- Enjoys engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction is met
- Ability to analyse reports and KPIs
